Stercus Accidit

One of the obsessing phrases that stuck to me like a leech in recent times is 'Stercus Accidit'. It is a Latin phrase which means, 'Shit Happens'. 

Life has never been an all-promising one. Not to anyone. It got ups; it got the opposites too. We gotta wade through the worst of days and the best of them too. 

Life is unpredictable. And when you choose to struggle, it can turn out to be an unacceptable one too. It throws challenges like a cannon fully loaded. It never fails to take you by surprise.

What you wanted for so long may just let you off and never turn back to you. You may feel like going down the ocean with no oxygen cylinders to support your breath.

You may feel shattering like thousand pieces of dust. 

"For dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return"- says bible. But it doesn't mean we ought to spend the inbetween like a speck of what from we are made and what shall we become. The inbetween is a beautiful span- life!

So, next time whenever you feel like you're no more valuable, take a deep breath and say, "Stercus Accidit! But I'll be alright."
